There is a Train to Gain initiative that offers match funding of up to £1 000 per business, for those wishing to develop themselves or their emplyees in a leadership or management capacity. Including bespoke training courses, management and marketing training, accredited training courses and qualifications for a wide range of businesses.
The funding is provided on a first-come, first served basis to SME’s with a minimum of 5 employees. Train to Gain must meet employers and perform an organizational needs analysis to access the funding for training. Six hours of learning activity must take place.
